Keto Marinara Pizza

Ingredients

Crust: 

  • 2 ½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Large Egg, Beaten
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour 
  • ⅓ Cup Yo Mama’s Marinara Sauce

 

Toppings:

  • 1 ½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 15 Slices Pepperoni


 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese
  2. Place bowl in the microwave and heat for 55-60 seconds 
  3. Mix cheese mixture thoroughly and add in 1 beaten egg 
  4. Add in almond flour and mix until a dough forms
  5. Top a pizza tray with parchment paper and place pizza dough on top 
  6. Using your fingers, press dough outwards to form an 8” crust
  7. Bake at 425F for 10 mins until golden brown
  8. Out of the oven, top with Yo Mama’s Marinara sauce and pepperoni slices 
  9. Bake for another 5 minutes (or until the cheese is melted) 
  10. Cool pizza for 5 minutes
  11. Slice and enjoy!
