Hash Brown Toast
Ingredients
4 x frozen hash browns
4 tbsp guacamole
⅓ cup roasted red pepper
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- Air fry the frozen hash browns at 420F for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy
- Out of the air fryer, spread guacamole on each hash brown
- Top with roasted red pepper and crumbled feta cheese
- Drizzle with Yo Mama’s Avocado oil Garnish each hash brown with black pepper and chili flakes
- Enjoy! Yield 4 hash brown toasts
