Garlic & Rosemary Roast



1 x large chuck steak 

½ cup Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil 

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

7 x garlic cloves 

6 x rosemary sprigs

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds




  1. Place the chuck steak in a large 12” greased cast iron skillet 
  2. Coat the steak evenly  in Yo Mama’s Avocado oil 
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Add the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs to the skillet and bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes 
  5. Out of the oven, let rest for 10 minutes
  6. Slice and garnish with pomegranate seeds
  7. Enjoy!
