Fig Flatbread
Ingredients
5 x fresh figs
2 large red onion rounds - sliced in half
2 x flatbread
6 tbsp Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara
1/ 2 cup fresh arugula
¼ cup goat cheese
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice figs into coins and set aside
- Slice 2 large red onion rounds and slice rounds in half
- On each flatbread, add 3 tbsp Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara sauce and spread evenly
- Top each flatbread with figs, onions, arugula and goat cheese
- Bake at 350F for 10 minutes
- Out of the oven, garnish with black pepper
- Slice and enjoy!
