Eyeball Crostini


6 x baguette slices

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce

3 x cocktail mozzarella balls

6 x mini green olives with red pepper 

3 x prosciutto slices 



  1. Cut 6 baguette slices 2 inches wide 
  2. Top each baguette with 1 tsp Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce and spread evenly 
  3. Slice the mozzarella balls in half and place each piece onto the baguette slices 
  4. Top each mozzarella ball with a green olive (slice the bottom of the olives so they lay flat) 
  5. Cut a prosciutto slice in half and wrap each piece around the mozzarella ball 
  6. Enjoy!
