Chicken Gyros
Ingredients
2 x mini cucumbers
1 x medium vine tomatoes
2 cups mixed lettuce
⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing
5 x pita bread
5 tbsp tzatziki
10 x grilled chicken strips
¼ cup sliced red onion
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers lengthwise
- Slice tomatoes in half
- In a bowl, combine lettuce with Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing
- To assemble the gyro: On a pita bread, spread 1 tbsp tzatziki and top with lettuce, 2 tomato slices, 3 cucumber slices, 2 chicken strips, 4 x red onion slices and crumbled feta cheese
- Wrap each gyro in foil and enjoy!
- Recipe yields 5 chicken gyros
