Chianti Wine Cream Cheese Enchiladas


250g cream cheese 

2 tbsp  + ½ cup Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce 

⅓ + 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

⅓ cup parmesan cheese 

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper 

⅓ cup chopped spinach leaves

7 x small corn tortillas 

2 tbsp jalapeno slices



  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, 2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce, ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and spinach leaves. Mix using a hand mixer on low speed until all ingredients have thoroughly combined
  2. Place 2 tsp of the cream cheese mixture into a corn tortilla and roll. Place into a baking dish.
  3. Repeat previous step with all tortillas
  4. Top enchiladas with ½ cup Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella and jalapenos 
  5. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
