Chianti Radiator Pasta
Ingredients
450 g Radiatore pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
⅓ cup chopped garlic
⅓ cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 jar Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil radiatore pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside
- In a medium pan on medium heat, add in olive oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant
- Season with salt and pepper
- Pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce and mix thoroughly
- Add in Italian seasoning and mix
- Pour in the cooked radiatore pasta and mix until the pasta is evenly coated in sauce
- Off the heat, place pasta in a serving dish and garnish with parmesan cheese
- Enjoy!
