Burgundy Stuffed Ricotta Shells


2 cups Ricotta cheese 

1 cup + ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ tsp salt

½ tsp white pepper

⅓ cup chopped spinach and chopped parsley

1 egg

1 jar  + ¾ cup Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce

15 jumbo pasta shells, boiled in salted water

1 tbsp fresh chopped basil



  1. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, spinach and parsley, and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly 
  2. In a 9 x 9” baking dish, spread 1 jar of Yo Mama’s burgundy Wine Sauce evenly 
  3. Fill each jumbo pasta shell with 1 tbsp of the ricotta filling and place in the baking dish 
  4. Add 1 tbsp  of Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine sauce on top of each shell 
  5. Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the dish
  6. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
  7. Out of the oven, garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
