Basil Burrata Pappardelle


  • 250g Pappardelle Pasta
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 
  • ¼ Cup Pine Nuts 
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ Jar Yo Mama’s Basil Marinara 
  • ½ Cup Fresh Arugula 
  • 1 Burrata Cheese



  1. Boil pappardelle pasta in salted water until al dente 
  2. In a medium pan on medium heat, add olive oil
  3. Toss in pine nuts and cook until toasted 
  4. Add in cherry tomatoes and let cook for 2 mins 
  5. Pour ½ jar of Yo Mama’s Basil marinara sauce into the pan and stir ingredients together 
  6. Add in fresh arugula and continue stirring
  7. Let sauce simmer for 2 minutes 
  8. Add in cooked pappardelle pasta and mix until the pasta is coated in sauce
  9. Remove from heat and place pasta into a serving dish 
  10. Top the pasta with burrata cheese 
  11. Break open burrata cheese and enjoy!
