Bacon Wrapped Smokies
Ingredients

10 x smoked cocktail sausages
5 x strips of bacon (sliced in half)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wrap each smoked sausage in half a strip of bacon
- Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes
- While the sausages are baking, in a sauce dish, combine the mayonnaise, Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce and black pepper. Mix thoroughly
- Out of the oven, let the cocktail sausages cool on a napkin for 5 minutes
- Serve with the Buffalo aioli and enjoy!
