Asian Sesame Nachos
Ingredients
150g Nacho Chips
400g Shredded Cheese
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup shredded purple cabbage
⅕ cups cubed roasted chicken breast
2 tbsp green onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing
Garnish:
Fresh Cilantro
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp guacamole
Instructions
- Place Nacho chips in a large oven safe dish
- Top with 300g Shredded cheese, carrots, purple cabbage, roasted chicken breast, green onion and sesame seeds
- Top with remaining 100g of shredded cheese
- Broil Nachos in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Drizzle ½ cup Yo Mama’s Asian Sesame Dressing on the Nachos
- Garnish with Cilantro, peanuts and guacamole
- Enjoy!
