Yo-yo Mama's Sat-Fat-isfying Pasta
Serves 48 oz. pasta shells
4 oz. frozen peas
1 cup ham, diced
1 Tbl. wine
½ cup Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica
½ cup heavy cream
2 Tbl. Parmesan cheese, plus more to top each serving
3 Tbl. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta over high heat according to package instructions. Seven minutes before pasta is cooked to al dente level, add frozen peas and allow pasta and peas to cook together for the remainder of the pasta cooking time. Drain and return to cooking pot.
To pasta, add remaining ingredients and allow to heat over medium heat until warmed through.
Offer extra Parmesan cheese at table.
