Yo Mama's Strawberry Salad

Servings: 2

6 oz. Spring Mix or preferred mixed greens

4 fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced

2 Tbl. crumbled goat cheese

3 Tbl. chopped almonds

2 Tbl. Yo Mama's Foods Balsamic Vinaigrette

Optional:2 Tbl. Panko or similar crispy bread crumbs

1 Tbl. butter

[If using bread crumbs, melt butter over medium-low heat in small skillet.  When melted, add bread crumbs and stir to coat.  Leave over heat long enough to develop a light brown color, stirring periodically.]

Toss mixed greens with Yo Mama’s Balsamic Vinaigrette.  Plate, then top with strawberries, goat cheese, almonds, and (if desired) toasted bread crumbs.
