Yo Mama's Secret Sauce Sliders

Makes 6 sliders or 3-4 regularly sized hamburgers INGREDIENTS

  • 6 slider buns or 3-4 hamburger buns

  • 3-4 slices bacon, cooked

  • 1 pound grass-fed ground beef

For the not-a-secret secret sauce:

  • 1 Tbl Yo Mama’s Bold Balsamic

  • 3 Tbl mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 Tbl ketchup

  • 2-3 tsp. pepper jelly (I used hot datil pepper jelly)

For the Toppings:

  • 6 thin slices of tomato

  • Lettuce

  • Goat cheese


  1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Set aside.

  2. While bacon is cooking, mix together Yo Mama’s Bold Balsamic, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and pepper jelly. Set aside.

  3. Shape hamburger meat into 6 patties (for sliders) or 3-4 patties (for burgers) and place in skillet with bacon grease. Cook until sides of burgers are mostly brown.

  4. While first side of burgers are cooking, warm the buns in the oven or microwave; then spread the prepared topping evenly over the inside of the bun tops. Add lettuce and tomato and bacon.

  5. Flip and continue to cook hamburger patties until cooked to desired level of “done-ness”. Top burgers with goat cheese and heat a little longer until cheese is softened.

  6. Place burgers on bun bottoms and enjoy!
