Yo Mama's Meatball Sub Sandwiches

Servings: 4

  • 4 of your favorite homemade or bakery sub rolls

  • 16 - 24 of your favorite meatballs*, depending on size of meatball and size of sub roll to fill

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 8 thin slices of fresh mozzarella

  • 1-1/2 cups Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica

  1. Warm oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Slice sub rolls and, if desired, toast briefly in the oven until golden brown and crisp.

  3. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan over medium heat, warm the Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica, then add the cooked meatballs and heat until warm through

  4. Divide heated meatballs and sauce evenly over the rolls, top each with a share of the mozzarella, arrange in an oven-safe pan, and place in the oven to heat until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
