Yo Mama's Florentine Stuffed Shells

Serves: a bunch

  • 10 oz. box of Jumbo Pasta Shells

  • 16 oz. container cottage cheese

  • 1 9 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, drained, and squeezed dry

  • ½ cup cream

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. basil

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 jar Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica

  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Grease 9” x 13” pan.

  3. Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.

  4. Meanwhile, mix together next 9 ingredients.

  5. Stuff filling into shells.

  6. Top shells with Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica.

  7. Sprinkle Feta cheese (and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired) over top.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until heated through.
