Yo Mama's Chef Salad

  • 6 oz. Spring Mix or preferred field or mixed greens

  • ½ cup gouda cheese, in slices

  • ½ cup hard boiled egg, diced

  • ½ cup sweet gherkins pickles, in slices

  • 1/2 cup chilled cooked chicken, diced

  • 2 Tbl. mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbl. Yo Mama's Bold Balsamic dressing

Place salad greens in bowl. Top with cheese, egg, pickles, and chicken. Whisk together Yo Mama’s Bold Balsamic and the mayonnaise. Drizzle dressing over top and toss until ingredients are evenly coated.
