Yo Mama's Asian Salad

6 oz. Spring Mix or preferred field or mixed greens

½ red bell pepper, diced

½ stalk celery, diced

½ of a 5 oz. can of sliced water chestnuts, drained

8 oz. mandarin orange segments, drained

1 cup chilled cooked chicken, diced

3 Tbl. almonds, chopped

2 Tbl. Yo Mama's Zesty Sesame dressing

Combine first seven ingredients in large serving bowl; drizzle Yo Mama’s Sesame over the top and toss until ingredients are evenly coated.
