Yo Mama's Apple Cheddar Salad

  • 6 oz. Spring Mix or preferred mixed greens

  • 1 apple, cored and diced

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 Tbl. butter

  • 1 Tbl. pure maple syrup

  • 2 Tbl. Yo Mama's Bold Balsamic

  1. Measure out greens in a large serving bowl.

  2. Melt butter over medium-low heat in small skillet and add syrup and pecans. Stir frequently until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

  3. Toss mixed greens with Yo Mama’s Bold Balsamic dressing. Plate, then top with apples, cheddar, and pecans.
