Yo Mama’s Chicken Parmigiana

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

  3. Dredge chicken breasts through egg wash, then coat with almond flour and add to skillet. 

  4. Cook until golden brown and heated through, 2-4 minutes per side.

  5. Spoon Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica evenly over the tops of the chicken pieces, then top with mozzarella. 

  6. Place the chicken on an oven safe tray and set in a hot oven to brown the cheese.. 

Tip: (If desired, you can save time by omitting the oven part in steps 1 and 6: instead, just cover the skillet with a lid until cheese is soft and melty.)
