Stuffed Shells with YOM Marinara

Serves 10-12 Ingredients:

  • 1 16-oz. box of Stuffed Shells dry pasta (about 36 shells)

  • 4 cups ricotta cheese

  • 1 8-oz package mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • ¼ tsp. pepper

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1-1½ jar(s) of Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica

Instructions: 1. Prepare shells as label directs; drain well in colander.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. In large bowl, combine ricotta and next 6 ingredients.

4. Stuff rounded tablespoonful of cheese mixture into each shell *** or omit all of the above and substitute frozen packaged stuffed shells before continuing with the following directions:*** 5. Spoon ¾ cup of Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica into each of two 13” x 9” baking dishes

6. Place shells seam side down, over sauce in one layer.

7. Spoon remaining Yo Mama’s Marinara Magnifica over the top; sprinkle with Parmesan

8. Bake 30 minutes.
