Serves 4

Prepare the chicken salad:

2 cups Cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

2 stalks celery, finely chopped (roughly 1/3 cup)

1 Tbl Red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup Walnuts, chopped

¾ cup Mayonnaise

½ tsp Mustard

1-1/2 tsp Honey

Pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined.  Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Assembly:

Salad greens of choice

4-6 Tbl Yo Mama’s Bold Balsamic dressing

Toss salad greens with Yo Mama's Bold Balsamic dressing.  Place the salad on individual serving plates.  Top each salad with a mound of chicken salad.
