Brussels Sprouts with Zesty Sesame

Serves 3

  • 12 Brussels Sprouts, with ends trimmed off, sliced in half lengthwise

  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbl water

  • 4 oz. water chestnuts, sliced

  • 2 Tbl Yo Mama’s Zesty Sesame

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over cut Brussels Sprouts and stir to coat. Place in broiler pan.

  3. Grind salt and pepper over sprouts.

  4. Add water to bottom of pan, then cover pan tightly with foil

  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until sprouts are tender. Remove foil.

  6. Add water chestnuts and Yo Mama's Zesty Sesame and return to oven for 5 minutes to heat through.
